The Mobile Home_donnerstags-event series continues on Thursday at the Finnish Institute in Germany with a reading from the author Katja Kettu! Kettu will be reading excerpts from her second novel "Yöperhonen" (Feuerherz), which is tale of two strong women dealing with oppression and discrimination. Welcome on Thursday 23.3. at 7 PM!

France and Finland will come together gastronomically this Sunday with a dinner hosted by the French chef Nicolas Thieulon and his Finnish partner Kalle Kiukainen. At @kotisleepover, guests can enjoy a tapas menu that combines the French bistro savoir-faire and charm with simplistic yet creative food characteristics of Nordic cuisine. Last seats to the dinner at 8 pm still available!



People of Mobile Home: Harry Paticas is one of the driving forces behind Arboreal Architecture and Mobile Home London project. Harry is a prize winning architect who is also the designer of Bethnal Green Memorial. Patical will run a Design Studio 3.6. at the @uniwestminster, together with Tom Raymont of Arboreal Architecture. Repost: @fininstlondon

People of Mobile Home presents: Michael Defuster is the executive director of Castrum Peregrini cultural centre in Amsterdam. Defuster was part of the jury that selected Anssi Pulkkinen's proposal for the Mobile Home(less) project of the Finnish Cultural Institute for the Benelux. "Foundation Castrum Peregrini's premises have a history as a safe house during WWII. The DNA of the place represents the necessity of a home for each individual."
